Here's what you said...(thank you!)

BareCamp 2023

I just thought I needed to put 'pen to paper' to let you know how much I enjoyed and appreciated everyone's efforts in the time I was at Barecamp this week. Throughout the day there was something to do if you wanted and an excellent value bar and food stall to relax by if you didn't. Thanks you to everyone who gave up their time so that there was plenty for everyone to enjoy. I look forward being part of another Barewest event.

My wife and I have just returned from 6 wonderful days at BareCamp. ...we weren’t sure what to expect from BareCamp. We were very pleasantly surprised; everyone was so friendly and helpful and during the week we made many new friends. The events varied between interesting (quizzes) to hysterical (BeerKeller) and lots between! The whole week was so well organised, we were impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. Thank you again, we aim to be back next year!

A comment posted on Facebook  "Nudefest was good, Barecamp was Awesome" this is the sentiments of many of your campers this year, you have got a fantastic formula for an event. Events can only get better with your great team.

We would both like to say thank you for a lovely day yesterday. We have both visited various organised naturist events and we wanted to say how impressed we were with the organisation of Barecamp and how lovely and approachable everyone was.

Thank you and all the team for organizing this event. I guess you're still quite busy running the last day.
This was my first full exposure to a naturist event and it was brilliant. The race was fun and so was the rest of the day there.

Thank you so much for all of your hard work and for looking after us so well throughout our first Barecamp - it was most definitely our favourite event so far.

A gorgeous day for weather spent with friendly, welcoming people in the beautiful surroundings in rural Somerset.
We were warmly greeted & put at our ease from the moment we arrived, as 'newbies' that was very important!

Hello again to all you lovely organisers, Just driven away from Barecamp with a wonderful feeling of being cared for. We’ve discussed it between us and we all feel the same, it’s so lovely to be able to come away and have a break from our daily routine. The activities have been exceptional this year and there’s not one thing we’d want different! 

Thanks again for all your hard work and all you do all year to make Barecamp the best Naturist event around.

We have just returned from Bare West Events’ Bare Camp 2023, and what a great week it was! It was naturism at its best, with activities for those who wanted them, peace for those who didn’t, relaxation, rejuvenation, fun, respect, universal appreciation and even perfect weather! This was all achieved by a team of volunteers who do it simply for the pleasure it gives. Though it involves them in months of very hard work before and after, and even more so during the week, they remained friendly, relaxed and efficient throughout, making for a wonderful atmosphere of togetherness for everyone there. It ran like clockwork, and the smiles were genuine for organisers and ‘campers’ alike.
As well as the pleasure of the event, it illustrated the importance to naturism in the UK of having a variety of organisations and providers to supply the needs of naturists, as we are by no means all the same. The more organisations which can flourish catering for naturists the more naturism itself will flourish. So we say ‘well done Bare West Events’, you are an example of what can be achieved. Let us hope others are motivated to follow this example. It’s how we all grow.

Just a short and probably inadequate note to thank everyone involved in organising Bare Camp 23. We loved every minute of it, and that was made possible only because you made such a great job of preparing and running it all (and we know that there will be a long clear-up and tail end to it as well!) You were a great team, so please pass our thanks and admiration to everyone who contributed in any way. The way it was all run seemed flawless and despite the obvious hard work involved everyone seemed happy and friendly throughout, which created a wonderfully relaxed and inclusive atmosphere – naturism at its best!
